He who wrote on my love life's story 0.1

Some time alone is a better way of thinking how to handle things at its hardest, Dumaan man siya sa buhay mo o mag-stay, never complain dahil every actions has it's reason. Malay mo, dun ka pa matuto. And soon you'll see if he's worth ;]]

T.Tips i've read:

♥ Kalokohan ang reason na "IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S ME.

♥ Hindi dahilan ang TIME.

♥ Kung ayaw sayo ng kapatid, hayaan mo siya. Wala siyang magagawa kung mahal ka talaga niya.

♥ Some can forgive but can't forget.

♥ There's NO SUCH THING as COOL OFF/GRAY AREA. Kung white, white! Kung black, black! Walang GRAY AREA...

♥ Maniwala sa IT'S COMPLICATED na status. Hindi lang chenes yan.

♥ Always think a number of times before deciding on to something important.

♥ You need to let go of the past to have a future...(ICE AGE 2)

♥ Do not take anyone for granted.

♥ GOLDEN RULE: "Don't do unto HER what you don't want HER to do unto you

♥ KARMA (whatever you do) will find its way.

♥ Ang mag-assume, TALO (kahit 2% pa yan)

♥ Never borrow someone else's man/girl. If he/she cheated with you, he'll/she'll cheat on you.

♥ Learn to LET GO kung alam mong wala na talaga."

♥ Keep your DIGNITY.

♥ Hayaan mo siyang gawin yung gusto niyang gawin. Buhay niya yun, hindi mo maco-control. As long as alam niya yung limitations niya."

♥ Always think a number of times before deciding on to something important.

♥ If something bothers you, speak up!!... mahirap kapag nagpapakiramdaman lang kayo.

♥ Take it slow... Steady lang...

♥ OPEN COMMUNICATION, TRUST AND HONESTY are the most important ingredients in a relationship.

♥ Stop making excuses for a man/woman and his/her behavior. Paminsan-minsan take off your helmet.

27 Things Most Girls Don’t know

(Eh wala akong kopya neto e. Besides all of them are true. .halos lahat hinanap ko sa aking *someone* right after ko mabasa to, and he didn't fail me even 27.)

1. Guys maybe flirting around all day but before they go to sleep, they always think about the girl they truly care about

2. Guys go crazy over a girl’s smile.

3. Guys will do anything just to get you to notice him.

4. Guys hate it when you talk about your ex-boyfriend or ex-love interest.

5. Boyfriends need to be reassured often that they’re still loved.

6. Don’t talk about your guy friends to your boyfriend.

7. Guys get jealous easily.

8. Guys are more emotional than they’d like people to think.

9. Giving a guys a hanging message like ” You know what?!..uh..nevermind..” would make him jump to a conclusion that is far from what you are thinking. And he’ll assume he did something wrong and he’ll obsess about it trying to figure it out.

10. Guys are good flatterers when courting but they usually stammer when they talk to a girl they really like.

11. A usual act that proves that the guy likes you is when he teases you.

12. Guys love you more than you love them if they are serious in you relationships.

13. Guys think WAY too much. One small thing a girl does, even if she doesn’t notice it can make the guy think about it for hours, trying to figure out what it meant.

14. Guys seeks for advice from girls not to other guys, Because most guys think alike, so if one guy’s confused, then we’re all confused.

15. When a guys asks you to leave him alone, he’s just actually saying, “Please come and listen to me.”

16. If a guy starts to talk seriously, listen to him. It doesn’t happen that often. so when it does, you know something’s up.

17. If your best guy friend seems to avoid you or is never around when you’re with your boyfriend, he’s probably jealous and likes you.

18. When a guy tells you that you are beautiful, don’t say aren’t. It makes them want to stop telling you because they don’t want you to disagree with them.

19. When a guy looks at you for longer than a second, he’s definitely thinking something.

20. Guys don;t like girls who punch harder than they do.

21. A guy has more problems than you can see with your naked eyes.

22. Don’t be a snob. guys can be intimidated and give up easily.

23. Guys talk about girls more than girls talk about guys.

24. Guys hate rejection, but they hate being led on even more.

25. if you are going to reject a guy, just do it. Don’t say they are like a brother, or just good friends, if just hurts even more. tell them that you aren’t interested in a relationship and they will respect you.

26. Guys really think that girls are strange and have unpredictable decisions and are Mad confusing but somehow are drawn even more to them.

27. When a guy sacrifices his sleep and health just to be with you, he really like you and wants to be with you as much as possible.

describe: WOMEN.. ."UNPREDICTABLE" :D

What's the point in turning out something to reverse or baliktarin ang katotohanan when you can tell the truth instead? eh tama nga naman, pag pinaniwalaan ka sa sinabi mo magagalit ka. Well, I don't think that women are the only ones who act like this. Yes, siguro it's sweet if we tell what we really feel BUT it's sweeter if we knew what they really felt. Like if, mahuhuli ka pa sa mga salita mong nagseselos ka.

Things were hard to predict, I guess it's normal naman to emote. .. besides if we had our time alone to have.. uhm?? muni muni.. ?? mas nakikilala natin ang sarili natin, it's the best part of knowing oneself . .what you really want, why did you do that, where you needed to be, whom you want to have. .etc

Being unpredictable isn't bad, parang "eh ano?" it's like, we made our first decision and after thinking what will happen next or what.. we suddenly changed our mind and move on to our second decision. .followed by our third and fourth and so on. Maybe it was good, thinking about things too much, para walang pagsisisihan after we gave our final answer. :)

Business and Trends

*Currently creating a Reaction Paper for Article: Are you ignoring TRENDS that could shake up your business?*

Introduction:

Successful Innovation requires right answer/s to the right problem/s. It is said, “What is to be done” is known, “How To” part merely follows. The biggest challenge however is recognizing the “What” part. Before going further let us remind ourselves of Einstein’s definition of a problem or an opportunity “Problem is the gap between what we want and what we have”. Many times falling prey to prevalent thinking “If ain’t broke don’t fix it” & “All is Well” JJJ we fail to recognize what might be needed. (Opportunities = Un-recognized customer desire /need/ want etc,)

The successful innovation therefore requires answering three questions

  1. “What does Customer Wants or Need?”
  2. “How do we recognize what he wants”
  3. “How we meet that unmet need? (What product/ services we will design & create to meet the unmet need).

Absolutes of Innovation 1

If we have to have a simple definition of what successful innovation means to most of us then we can say it is something which has all of good things ( Both for customers and business ) and less or none of bad things again for both. Thus if we now have to define what a successful innovation must have; it leads us to state two necessary absolutes

  1. Solving a trade-off or compromise
  2. Adding a new function or an attribute that no competitor is offering

Recognizing Unmet Needs = F (Trend)

Innovation requires organizations to go beyond understanding the ‘Voice of The Customers” “Slipping into their shoes” or “knowing their conscious mind” to a newer level -“Seeping into their unconscious mind observing several of their behavioral trends” to comprehend what they will appreciate in future products and services by way of its unique functional features & attributes (tangible and intangible).

TREND 2 is all about understanding people, the populations they form part of, and most important of all for a business, understanding what motivates them to spend their money. The basic idea behind recognizing trend is that the most powerful forces in our society are the emerging, counterintuitive trends that are shaping tomorrow right before us. For e.g. need to stay fitter, Yeh DIL MANGE MORE attitude, a smaller car but a bigger house first, few years later both get bigger & bigger, getting attached to one “sect” & creating more diversity of sects are all forming part of trends. “Jain food” is one such trend which does not meant food for “Jains” but food that is devoid of onion or garlic which is even preferred by the rest of the population. While people are eating healthier food than ever, number of chat shops shows an increasing trend as they are frequented by a sizeable population.

I-pod, I-phone are not the result of customer surveys but a deeper understanding of behavioral pattern observed in few individuals which soon was embraced by the rest. The power of extreme individual choices has never been greater and the reasons and patterns for those choices never harder to understand and analyze. Identifying small, intense subgroups and communicating with them about their individual needs and wants has never more critical in marketing than now. Small groups, drawn together by shared needs, habits and preferences are on the rise.

Late Sh.C.K.Prahalada & M. S. Krishnan in their book “The New Age of Innovation” 3 has put forth a concept of N=1, R=G which means product / services that are truly innovative can cater to the individual need (N=1) by leveraging global networks resources (R= G). I-pods are popular not because we can carry music around- we could do that with the walkman, they are popular because it gives us the ability to choose our own songs thus personal technology has become personalized technology. (N=1, R=G)

Thus a trend is a behavioral aspect by an intense identity group that grows a need and influence behavior of a larger population not met by the existing businesses.

TREND and Its Relevance to Business 4

Most managers can articulate the major trends of the day. But in the course of conducting field and market research in a number of industries and working directly with the companies, they often fail to recognize the less obvious but profound ways these trends are influencing customer aspirations, attitudes, and behaviors. This is especially true of trends that managers view as peripheral to their core markets. Consequently, they ignore trends in their innovation strategies, include product features that only superficially address a trend’s impact on consumers, or they adopt a wait-and-see approach and let competitors take the lead. At a minimum, such responses result in missed profit opportunities or wasteful investments in R & D. At the extreme, they can jeopardize a company by ceding to rivals the opportunity to transform the industry.
